…..Provincial Agriculture Office (PAO) The Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) of the DA distributed Rice Seeds to the Farmers of Cervantes. Aside from the Rice Seeds, the DA also offered free vegetable seeds through its Plan Plant Plant Program.
