Last June 29, 2016, the turn over ceremony of the NCDC to LGU was done. It was held at the newly built building of NCDC at Rosario, Cervantes. The program was attended by the Day Care Workers which are now called The Child Development Workers, the parents of the children enrolled at the NCDC , MSWD officers and staffs, The Municipal Mayor, and other Local Officials, and the guests from the ECCD Council from Manila headedby Mr. Rommel J. Isip, Th Head, NCDC Project Unit/Finance and Budget Unit. The program started late than it was planned because the visitors were late to arrive due to road finding problem. The prayer was lead by Mrs. Angie Lang-et, the Aluling Child Development Worker followed by an opening remark from the MSWS Officer, Mrs. Josephine S. Alvaro, followed by a message from Mr. Rommel J. Isip from the ECCD Council after which is the acceptance of Hon. Benjamin N. Maggay. The Oath Taking of the NCDC Officers was officiated by Hon. Benjamin N. Maggay followed by a word of thanks from the NCDC Teacher Mr. Felimon M. Asuncion.
