UNVEILING THE NEW TREASURE

Last April 5, 2017, the municipal officials of Cervantes together with Provincial Vice Governor, Jeremias Singson, Congressman of the 2nd district of Ilocos Sur, Eric Singson, Officials of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and National Historical Commission unveiled the sculpture of the Battle of Bessang Pass that symbolizes the bravery, heroism and patriotism of the Filipino – American soldier during the 2 nd World War. The said sculpture was donated by the National Historical Commission through the request of Congressman Eric. This work of art is now one of the top pictorial destinations of the municipality.
