The Celebration of Bessang Pass Day commemorates the bravery and triumph of the Filipino soldiers during the last stand of the battle of World War II. It undeniably depicts heroism of our forefathers who fought and gained our independence which we are enjoying until at present time.
The 74th Commemoration of the Victory at Bessang Pass was joined by the AFP, PNP, PVAO and Municipal Officials as they started the wreath laying ceremomy at exactly 8:00 am. Followed by as MASS by Rev. Fr. Romeo Benitez, Immaculate Concepcion Parish Priest from Quirino, Ilocos Sur.
Municipal Mayor Pablito Benjamin P. Maggay II, and Ms. Aprille S. Alviarne (PVAO representative) shared inspiring message to the particians of the ceremony.
